Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant Manager in Danao City, Cebu. This on-site, full-time role oversees daily production activities and drives GMP and quality across the plant.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering with 3–7 years of end-to-end experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Local residency or relocation arrangements are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of end-to-end production plant experience in relevant industries.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Must reside in Danao City, Cebu, or nearby areas (or have relocation arrangements).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production operations based on volume forecasts and actual requirements.
• Direct and control daily activities within the assigned area to ensure a smooth, continuous production flow.
• Drive consistent attainment of quality, safety, sanitation, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across finished products and the workplace.
• Initiate process improvements, equipment upgrades, and operational innovation opportunities.
• Verify and submit accurate, timely production reports and other documentation required by management.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional operating units to align production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of end-to-end production plant experience (preferably 5–7 years for tenured candidates) within the food, semiconductor/electronics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Solid working knowledge of production processes and food processing technologies, with experience conducting technical seminars, training sessions, and orientation programs.
• Must reside in Danao City, Cebu, or nearby municipalities (or have local accommodations/relocation arrangements).
