Job summary

Motolite Marketing Corp. is seeking a Methods Analyst to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, drive efficiency, and reduce costs. You will conduct time and motion studies, evaluate workflows, and implement best practices with the production, engineering, and quality teams.

You will develop SOPs, standardize methods, and introduce new tools or automation to improve productivity while maintaining quality. Strong data analysis, lean, and Kaizen experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of process analysis, methods improvement, or operations management in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to analyze production workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Review and optimize existing manufacturing processes for cost reduction and productivity gains.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address bottlenecks and improve quality.
• Develop and document SOPs and standardized work instructions.
• Monitor costs and align improvements with cost-reduction goals.
• Lead CI initiatives, Kaizen events, and lean improvement projects.
• Provide training on new methods and support smooth adoption of changes.
• Maintain records and report on progress of improvement initiatives.
• Utilize data tools to measure impact of changes on output and quality.
