Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles, Lean, work measurement, line balancing, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, production layouts, and operating methods.
• Conduct time studies, motion studies, work measurement, and capacity analysis to establish production standards.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor production performance, including productivity, efficiency, utilization, cycle time, downtime, and output.
• Identify bottlenecks, process losses, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead or participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
• Design and optimize production line layouts, workstation arrangements, and material flow.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve ergonomics, safety, and workplace efficiency.
