Job summary

NATCORP in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to develop, improve, and monitor production processes. The role focuses on analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing improvements to raise productivity and quality.

You will prepare work instructions, conduct time studies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. CAD knowledge and strong communication skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of process improvement and problem-solving techniques.
• Good analytical, communication, and technical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CAD or other engineering software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and monitor manufacturing and production processes.
• Analyze production issues and identify root causes.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Prepare and update work instructions, process flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct process studies, time studies, and troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other Engineering teams.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Ensure processes comply with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Prepare technical reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
