Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree graduates in psychology, HRM, industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Officer in manufacturing industry.
• Background with ISO 9001:2015 is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead plant recruitment, benefits processing, discipline enforcement, and basic first aid.
• Oversee HR records, files, personnel actions, evaluations, licensure and tenure.
• Assist HR Manager to ensure HR functions meet performance requirements.
