Job summary

Newell Brands seeks an experienced Manufacturing Operations leader to strengthen production execution and frontline leadership. You will be accountable for daily performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory and People while guiding Production Supervisors and advancing Lean initiatives.

Role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing, proven leadership of frontline teams, and strong skills in Lean, TPM, Kaizen and OEE, with hands-on problem-solving using A3/8D/DMAIC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
• 5–8 years progressive manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years leading Production Supervisors or frontline teams.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-shift operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, TPM, Kaizen and OEE.
• Structured problem-solving methods: A3, 8D, Root Cause Analysis or DMAIC.
• Experience managing KPIs like throughput, FPY, scrap and labor efficiency.
• Knowledge of standard work and daily management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and people.
• Lead Production Supervisors, drive shop-floor routines and Lean initiatives.
• Serve as operational delegate for Manufacturing Manager; manage cross-functional escalations.
