Job summary

Circular Economy Systems (CES) is expanding its Manila presence and seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term role. You will own end-to-end hiring for specialist roles, shaping scalable processes and directly impacting the growth of our Manila team.

You will partner with hiring managers in Manila and Sydney to build pipelines, drive proactive sourcing, and strengthen CES’s employer brand in Manila in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Technology-focused environments with international exposure.
• End-to-end recruitment with minimal supervision, using data to inform next steps.
• Experience recruiting niche tech roles requiring extensive sourcing.
• Improving hiring processes with emphasis on candidate experience.
• Growing employer brand presence for CES in Manila, especially for international roles.
• Able to operate with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for specialist and hard-to-fill roles from scoping to offer.
• Define and run scalable hiring processes with Manila and Sydney stakeholders.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies focusing on direct sourcing.
• Elevate CES as an attractive employer in Manila to draw top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers in Manila and Sydney to maintain healthy pipelines.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive hiring improvements.
