Job summary

Circular Economy Systems (CES) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Manila team on a 6-month fixed-term basis, helping shape the build of our Manila office and grow the Philippines footprint. You will own end-to-end hiring for specialist and hard-to-fill tech roles, build scalable processes, and lead proactive sourcing with a focus on direct outreach.

The role requires 3+ years in-house recruitment in technology and comfort working across international teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house Talent Acquisition, preferably in technology firms with international presence.
• Experience staffing roles end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong sourcing experience for niche tech roles requiring extensive search.
• Proven ability to improve candidate experience and hiring processes.
• Experience growing CES employer brand in Manila is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for specialist and hard-to-fill roles, from role scoping through to offer and close.
• Define, shape and run scalable hiring processes. Partner with key hiring managers and teams to hire roles that will define our success in building our Manila office.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing over inbound applications.
• Build CES presence in Manila to attract top talent for an international eco-tech business.
• Work with hiring managers locally and in Sydney to build healthy pipelines and hire within agreed timeframes.
