Job summary

Circular Economy Systems (CES) is expanding its Manila team and seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term basis. You will own end-to-end hiring for specialist and hard-to-fill roles, partnering with hiring managers in Manila and Sydney to shape our growth in the Philippines.

This high-impact role focuses on proactive sourcing, building a strong employer brand for CES in Manila, and using data insights to improve hiring funnels, ensuring timely and quality hires

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with tech focus and international presence.
• Able to own roles end-to-end with minimal supervision and data-driven course corrections.
• Experience recruiting niche technology roles demanding heavy sourcing.
• Proven to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Experience growing CES Manila employer brand, or Manila team for international business is a plus.
• Able to operate in fast-moving environment with curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
• Define and run scalable hiring processes with hiring managers.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent.
• Strengthen CES Manila presence to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with Manila and Sydney teams to build pipelines.
