Job summary

Regal-Beloit Asia, Pte., Ltd., ROHQ in Manila seeks a Country Leader-Manila SSC to partner with the Senior Director and drive the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the Shared Services Centre. You will lead a 350+ workforce, oversee HR, Finance, and Facility Management, and ensure value delivery to stakeholders.

This role requires strong leadership, global collaboration, and the ability to translate business priorities into service outcomes, KPIs, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive management experience
• At least 3 years General Management experience leading a Shared Services team for a large multinational
• Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams with accountability and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Local Leadership: develop the Shared Services Team and drive efficiency with scalable processes
• Global Leadership: partner with key stakeholders to align service expectations with enterprise goals
