• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• +10 years progressive management experience, 3-5 years leading a Shared Services team for a large multinational.
• Strategic planning, talent management and organizational development experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Manila Shared Services team including HR, Finance and Facility Management.
• Lead local operations for 350+ staff and align with global stakeholders.
• Develop and implement SLAs, KPIs and drive continuous improvement across processes.
