The role requires strong leadership, travel to stores, and the ability to coach Store Managers while coordinating with head office departments to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple stores and coaching Store Managers.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage KPIs.
• Strong operations, inventory control, and merchandising.
• A track record of improving customer service and brand standards.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and implement sales strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for regular store visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue targets across stores.
• Oversee daily store operations to standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers / OIC staff.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities.
• Ensure inventory control and proper presentation.
• Maintain high customer service and brand experiences.
• Implement sales strategies and promotions.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with Head Office.
