Responsibilities

• Prospect, zone and acquire new accounts within the assigned area.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts, delivering quality service and products.
• Promote Hicaps products and services, including new applications as they are developed.
• Ensure pricing strategies are applied to customers in the area.
• Collect payments for sales invoices and ensure timely remittance per company policy.
• Support other team members as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns across social media, CRM, and market research.
• Coordinate with product development to provide customer feedback and product introductions.
• Submit monthly sales, weekly route, and progress reports as directed.
