Job summary

Rippleffect Group invites a professionally qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) to become its first finance hire in Manila and join a global finance team. This hands-on role covers day-to-day accounting, posting transactions, reconciliations and month-end activities while supporting financial reporting across multiple entities.

Working closely with colleagues in Europe and the UK, you will contribute to financial management, cost and profitability analyses by project and client, and help

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach to day-to-day accounting, including processing and reconciliations.
• Interest in project- and client-level cost and profitability analysis.
• Focus on robust financial processes, accuracy and control.
• Experience or training in audit.
• International experience, ideally multi-entity or multi-country.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Posting financial transactions and performing account reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate financial records.
