Job summary

Risewave Consulting Inc. is seeking a Finance Specialist (Financial Reporting & Accounting) to oversee end-to-end financial reporting and accounting for a global, cross-border environment between the Philippines and Hong Kong.

The role requires a CPA, 4+ years in corporate finance, and Big 4 audit exposure; you will manage GL, journals, intercompany transactions, and robust controls within a hybrid Taguig office.

Qualifications

• Must be a CPA with solid accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Minimum of 4 years in corporate finance and accounting.
• Big 4 audit experience (1 year) preferred or blended public/private background.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Accounting: Manage daily and month-end accounting operations including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely, accurate financial statements and handle intercompany billing transactions.
• Transactional Oversight: Oversee invoice processing and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Controllership & Analytics: Conduct controllership functions, leverage data analytics to optimize processes, maintain strong controls.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional stakeholders in the Philippines and Hong Kong to streamline cross-border operations.
