Job summary

This hands-on role covers day-to-day accounting, posting transactions, reconciliations and month-end activities while supporting financial reporting across multiple entities.

The Role

This is an important and hands-on role within the Group's global finance function. As our first finance hire in Manila, you will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a key member of the finance team and take ownership of a broad range of day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Working closely with colleagues in Europe and the UK, you will contribute to the financial management of Rippleffect Group across multiple entities and countries. The role will include posting financial transactions, performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate and timely financial records, alongside contributing to financial reporting, analysis and control.

We’re particularly interested in someone who enjoys understanding the commercial performance of a business, with a strong interest in reporting and analysing costs and profitability by project and by client. A focus on developing and maintaining robust financial processes, accuracy and effective financial controls is equally important.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A professional accounting qualification (CPA or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• A willingness to take a hands-on approach to day-to-day accounting, including transaction processing and reconciliations
• An interest in project and client-level cost and profitability analysis
• A strong focus on financial processes, accuracy and control
• Experience or training in audit
• International experience, ideally in a multi-entity or multi-country environment
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct accounting software
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team
