Alter Domus in Manila is seeking a Depositary Manager to establish and scale the local Depositary team, delivering high-quality services across Cash Flow Monitoring, Record Keeping, Safekeeping, NAV Oversight, and Due Diligence.

You will manage recruitment, training, and organizational design while coordinating with UK and Luxembourg fund sites. Strong leadership and cross-time zone collaboration are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
• 5-10 plus years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or regulatory reporting, people and operations management.
• Proven people leader with entrepreneurial mindset and track record of building and scaling teams.
• Extensive experience managing operational and review functions in shared services, outsourcing, or delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of depositary operations, with experience in AIFMD, Private Equity, Real Estate or Infrastructure funds desired.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with focus on quality, risk management and control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
• Capable of balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.

Mansioni

• Build, develop, and scale the Manila Depositary team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and organizational design.
• Lead the execution of depositary support activities for UK and Luxembourg fund sites (Cash Flow Monitoring, Record Keeping, Safekeeping, NAV Oversight, Due Diligence).
• Ensure adherence to the Prepare → Review → Sign-off operating model and accountable split between Manila and fund sites.
• Serve as the primary operational partner for fund-site Managers and Senior Officers.
• Oversee quality of deliverables with review processes, documentation, cash flow evidence, and control checklists.
• Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and resource planning across multiple funds and client segments.
• Own Manila KPI reporting and participate in governance/oversight meetings.
• Maintain business continuity readiness in partnership with cross-site teams.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
