Job summary

Alter Domus, a global provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, is seeking a Depositary Manager – Manila to establish and lead the Manila Depositary team. You will manage Cash Flow Monitoring, Record Keeping, Safekeeping, NAV Oversight and Due Diligence, coordinating with UK and Luxembourg stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or regulatory reporting.
• Proven people leader with entrepreneurial mindset and track record of building, developing, and scaling teams.
• Experience managing operational and review functions across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of depositary operations; knowledge of AIFMD, Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure fund structures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead and scale the Manila Depositary team, including recruitment, onboarding, training and organizational design.
• Oversee depositary support activities for UK and Luxembourg fund sites, ensuring high‑quality and timely services.
• Maintain the Prepare → Review → Sign‑off operating model, with Manila handling preparation and fund sites retaining review and client communications.
• Coordinate priorities with fund-site Managers, manage handovers and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure quality of deliverables through reviews, documentation, cash flow assessments, and control checklists.
