Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience in fund administration, investment operations, custody, depositary services, or financial services operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute depositary support activities per procedures and SLAs.
• Perform Cash Flow Monitoring, loading data, analyzing movements, and escalating anomalies.
• Support Record Keeping, Safekeeping, and ownership documentation.
• Assist NAV Oversight by reviewing packages and checklists.
• Support Due Diligence with documentation and reports.
• Operate within maker-checker framework and address review comments promptly.
• Liaise with fund-site teams to resolve queries and maintain audit-ready records.
• Contribute to reporting, KPIs, and process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory, data privacy, and information security compliance.
