Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience in fund administration, investment operations, custody, depositary services, or financial services operations preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate exceptions, and follow established controls.
• Good understanding of operational risk, control processes, and documentation requirements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsabilités

• Execute depositary support activities per approved procedures, SLAs, and control requirements.
• Perform cash flow monitoring including data loading, analysis of movements, and escalation of exceptions.
• Support record keeping and safekeeping with validation checks and documentation collection.
• Assist NAV oversight by reviewing packages and completing required checklists.
• Support due diligence through collection of documentation and preparing reports.
• Operate maker-checker within the process and address review comments for senior approval.
• Liaise with fund-site teams to resolve queries and ensure timely delivery.
