Career Education Consultancy Australia (CECA) is hiring a Business Development Manager for the Philippines Market to join our Manila office. You will focus on developing opportunities, advising students, and building partner networks with education agents and schools.

The role requires 1–3 years in international education counselling or student recruitment, strong sales and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in international education counselling or student recruitment.
• Experience with the Philippines market preferred.
• Good understanding of international student admissions and visa processes.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students from the Philippines regarding study opportunities in Australia, UK, Canada, USA and New Zealand.
• Assist students with course selection, applications and documentation.
• Provide guidance on student visa processes and requirements.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups through CRM systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with education agents and partners in the Philippines.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to student enrolment targets.
• Support CECA's growth across the Philippines market.
