  • Leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively for tracking student engagement, managing leads, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring efficient processing of applications and enrolments.
  • Identify and cultivate new business development opportunities by engaging with prospective schools, universities, corporate bodies, and scholarship providers to expand IDP's market reach and impact.
  • Collaborate proactively with Business Unit and Operations Managers, marketing teams, and partner institutions to plan and execute promotional events, workshops, seminars, and outreach activities aimed at fostering awareness and increasing student participation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via various communication channels, ensuring clarity and responsiveness that align with IDP’s service excellence standards.
  • Act with the highest level of integrity and accountability, demonstrating sound judgement in all dealings and upholding IDP’s values and ethical commitments.
  • Contribute actively to team meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives, supporting a culture of continuous learning and operational efficiency, including cross-functional collaboration between student placement and English language testing services.
