Job summary

Globant seeks a Senior Experience & Product Lead to help clients define their product vision, design compelling customer and employee experiences, and lead teams delivering multiyear transformation programs in the Philippines. Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in product management, experience design, digital consulting, or service design.
• 5+ years leading teams and client engagements.
• Proven experience taking digital products from discovery to launch and improvement.
• Strong capabilities in product strategy, customer experience, research, journey mapping, prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across product, design, business analysis, and engineering.
• Ability to connect business goals and user needs with technology capabilities, working with architects and delivery leaders.
• Strong commercial judgment, including value assessment and investment trade-offs.
• Practical understanding of how Data & AI can enable new products with AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, and product work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive storytelling.
• Excellent spoken and written English; based in Manila or willing to relocate with travel within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement with senior stakeholders across business, operations, marketing, digital, and technology.
• Define product vision and strategy; translate ambitions into propositions, target experiences, outcomes, and success measures.
• Lead discovery and experience design through interviews, research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
• Align stakeholders through workshops to agree on direction, scope, and ownership.
• Build implementation roadmaps with MVPs, phased releases, dependencies, and long-term evolution.
• Own product definition, prioritization, and acceptance criteria balancing value, impact, feasibility, and effort.
• Guide delivery teams, maintaining continuity from discovery to launch.
• Shape AI-enabled experiences with data, AI, and automation to improve journeys and performance.
• Drive adoption and monitor KPIs; prioritize improvements with analytics.
• Support account growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals.
• Build team capabilities by staffing, mentoring, and connecting to Globant’s global experts.
