Job summary

Globant seeks a Senior Solution Architect, Data & AI, Expert Level, to drive enterprise solutions and data platforms. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape architecture patterns, and oversee API integration, security, and the SDLC.

Strong client-facing skills and experience with Data & AI production workflows are required. Bases in Manila or relocation, with hybrid/onsite client engagements and travel within the Philippines.

• 5+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Experience designing complex enterprise solutions and leading teams.

• Oversee security and the software development lifecycle.
• Deliver Data & AI solutions including data platforms and pipelines.
• Apply generative AI concepts and model/ops considerations, with risk and cost awareness.

What will help you succeed: Fluent English (C1 - Advance) Typically 10+ years in software engineering, technology consulting, or enterprise technology, including 5+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership.

Proven experience designing complex enterprise solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams through implementation. Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, cloud platforms, APIs, integration, security, and the software development lifecycle. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Data & AI solutions, including data platforms, pipelines, governance, and production AI applications.

Practical understanding of generative AI and agentic architectures, including model selection, retrieval, evaluation, orchestration, and operational considerations. Ability to produce credible estimates, assess technical risks, and explain the cost and delivery implications of architecture decisions. Strong client-facing consulting skills, with confidence engaging both executives and technical teams.

Excellent spoken and written English, including presentation, facilitation, and technical documentation. Based in Manila or willing to relocate, with availability for client-site engagement and travel within the Philippines. This job can be filled in
