Job summary

PwC Acceleration Centers in the Philippines seeks a Senior Manager to lead large AI projects, architect scalable agentic frameworks, and mentor teams. You will work with Azure OpenAI Service, LangGraph and other cutting-edge tools to deliver innovative, compliant AI solutions for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with clients to translate objectives into AI roadmaps, drive DevOps and MLOps practices, and ensure operational excellence across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's & Master's Degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technical/technology roles.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, benchmarking, and implementation of scalable, secure AI frameworks.
• Drive standardization and maturity in Generative AI development with reusable blueprints and best practices.
• Define scalable multi-agent system design patterns including tool usage, memory management, and orchestration frameworks.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for production readiness and continuous improvement of Agentic AI solutions.
• Design enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures optimizing retrieval and embeddings.
• Manage client engagements including discovery, demos, proposal development, and delivery planning with DevOps/LLMOps expertise.
