ViewQwest is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Growth Marketing to lead regional enterprise growth across Southeast Asia and HK from Manila. You will shape conversations, build demand around enterprise challenges, and translate technical propositions into business narratives.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
At least 3–5 years dedicated to enterprise demand creation, demand generation, and growth marketing.
Experience marketing enterprise technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or ICT.
Proven leadership of teams delivering against campaign and growth goals.
Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales to build enterprise pipeline and ROI.

Responsibilities

Build the always-on and thematic campaign calendar.
Develop enterprise content, messaging and thought leadership.
Create demand across priority industries, personas and solutions.
Lead multi-channel demand generation programs (digital, social, email, events) with AI to move fast and at scale.
Ensure activity drives pipeline and measurable ROI.
Manage the Group Enterprise Marketing A&P budget.
Lead and grow a lean team with marketing shared services.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and technology partners across markets.
