Job summary

Dash Cargo is seeking a customer-focused Accounts Manager to act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. You will handle inquiries, nurture relationships, and convert sign-ups into paying customers while tracking progress with key metrics.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in accounts management (solar-related field preferred) and strong English communication, along with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Bring responsibility, adaptability, and a client-oriented mindset to our team.

Qualifications

• Native-like fluency in Fookien & Mandarin Language is a plus.
• Professional English verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least (3) year working experience in accounts management or solar related field.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility; ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Client oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude dealing with people.
• Excellent time, organizational, and self-management skills.
• Quick-thinking, keen on details, with excellent crisis management skills.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing work environments.
