Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a finance professional to monitor cash flow, process payments, and deliver daily sales reporting. You will coordinate with suppliers, maintain treasury records, and support on-site finance tasks.

Strong Excel skills, a Finance/Accounting degree, and fluency in Mandarin and English are required. The role emphasizes integrity, confidentiality, and meticulous record keeping within internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in treasury, cash management, or payment processing.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Cash Flow Monitoring: Prepare weekly forecasts payments and follow up & tracking collections.
• Payment Request Processing: Prepare, checking supporting documents & review supplier payments, reimbursements, and other approved disbursements.
• Daily Sales Reporting: Prepare a clear daily sales report after each business night, showing gross sales, discounts, voids, refunds, complimentary transactions, and net sales.
• POS Support: Contact the POS supplier to coordinate with the issue/adjustment
• Petty cash control: Monitor balances, replenishments, supporting receipts, and cash counts.
• Internal controls: Follow approval limits, maintain separate payment preparation and authorization
• Records and audit support: Maintain complete treasury records and provide documents to HQ
• Ad-hoc: Assist in on-site finance related matter
• Inventory: Assist in monthly stock take
