Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of client relations experience; management consulting is a plus.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English with excellent communication.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication and camaraderie with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate meetings for consulting, proposal drafting, and post-sales engagement.
• Build a network within existing clients to target potential clients and stakeholders.
• Research industry news and policies.
• Gather related public information.
• Attend business events and conferences.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by OCIC Management.

Summary of Role:

Act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. Assist the company in making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data and improving overall customer experience.

Client Retention, Accuracy, Problem Solving, Customer Satisfaction

Basic Responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintain good communication and camaraderie with existing and potential clients
• Arrange meeting with clients for consulting, proposal drafting and engagement post-sales account management and service
• Build a network community within existing clients to target potential clients and other stakeholders.
• Research online for industry news and policies
• Gathering related public information
• Attend business events and conference as many as possible
• Perform other tasks assigned from time to time assigned by OCIC Management

Minimum Qualification:

• At least Bachelor’s degree Graduate of Business Course
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with client relations; experience with management consulting firm is an advantage.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English and must have excellent communication proficiency.
• Good command in MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
