J-K Netwok Services in Makati is hiring a Mandarin Technician Specialist to support clients in Mandarin and English. The role provides first-line technical support for SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identities, across Windows, Linux, and web servers.

The team operates in a dayshift schedule with a hybrid work setup. We value experience in technical support, customer service, and familiarity with hosting environments.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
• Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
