Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Makati is seeking a Mandarin Technical Expert to join our security-focused IT team, serving clients across Asia and Europe.

You will assist Mandarin- and English-speaking clients via email, chat, phone, or tickets; troubleshoot certificate-related issues; provide first-level technical support for SSL certificates, PKI and digital identity solutions; monitor tickets and guide installation and renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
• Experience in web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
