Job summary

Funtomato Consultancy Inc. is seeking an HR & Admin Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resources, administrative operations, compliance, and facilities management across our organization in the Philippines. The role requires fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, partners, and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years in HR and Administration, at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
• Experience with building renovations or office expansion is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR, admin operations, compliance, and facilities management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, staff onboarding/offboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance processes.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Lead office/building renovations, space planning, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with legal, government agencies, and auditors as needed.
