Job summary

Funtomato Consultancy Inc. is seeking an HR & Admin Manager in the Metro Manila area to oversee HR, admin operations, compliance, and facilities management across departments. The role requires Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years in HR and Administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is required.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are properly executed.
• Provide guidance to management on HR matters and workforce planning.
• Promote employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
• Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
• Supervise administrative staff and support services.
• Manage office facilities, space planning, and improvements.
• Ensure operational readiness of office equipment and supplies.
• Lead building renovation and office improvement projects with contractors.
