J-K Netwok Services in Pasay City is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Business Expansion Manager. The role focuses on driving product and packaging innovation within FMCG, collaborating with international teams and cross-functional partners.

You will manage end-to-end projects from concept to approval, coordinate meetings, and maintain project documentation while promoting continuous improvement across teams. Strong Mandarin and English, plus MBA and 5 years in PM/innovation, are required.

Qualifications

• MBA and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.
• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and MSP background.
• Mandarin and English fluency; open to Filipinos/foreign nationals.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, ensuring updates reach stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation with consolidated information and materials.
• Develop relationships and promote continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional process changes.
• Provide strategic influence to drive cross-functional teams toward execution.
• Demonstrate strong technical and organizational abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Perform well under pressure and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Coordinate and support various stakeholders, including international teams.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
