J-K Netwok Services, a multinational consulting company, seeks a Mandarin-speaking Corporate Sales Associate to support product and packaging innovation in a fast-moving consumer goods context. The role is based in Pasay with a dayshift schedule and a work-from-home setup.

The ideal candidate has an MBA and a Bachelor’s in marketing/advertising/communications, plus 5 years in PM and 5 years in product innovation and marketing, with strong MS Office and MSP experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects from concept to business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, retrospectives) and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Maintain complete project documentation with essential information and materials.
• Develop relationships and promote continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
