J-K Netwok Services, an international European contact center, seeks Mandarin-speaking professionals in Pasay for a Business Development Representative role. The position is remote with dayshift (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri). Salary is PHP 115,000 monthly.

Benefits include 13th month pay, health coverage, and visa support, with opportunities for additional benefits. Open to Filipinos fluent in Mandarin and English; MBA plus relevant degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, from concept to approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, retrospectives) and ensure stakeholders are informed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation with essential information and materials.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
• Influence strategy to drive execution and deliver results under pressure.

The company supports consumer product businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth in the consumer goods industry. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, making sure important decisions and updates reach all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating all essential information and supporting materials.
• Develop strong relationships and promote a culture of continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Strong strategic influence to drive cross-functional teams toward execution
• Solid technical and organisational abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to perform well under pressure
