J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Development Manager in Pasay. The role focuses on managing product and packaging innovation with cross-functional teams, from concept through approval, in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has an MBA or related degree, 5 years in PM for CPG/FMCG, and strong Mandarin/English communication with MS Office/MSP proficiency. WFH setup and a day schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• MBA and Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• 5 years of PM experience in a CPG/FMCG environment.
• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and MSP software knowledge.
• Knowledge in CPG/FMCG, packaging innovation, or new product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects from concept to business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, retrospectives) and ensure stakeholders receive updates.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation and supporting materials.
• Develop relationships and promote continuous improvement to enable cross-functional process changes.
• Demonstrate strategic influence to drive cross-functional execution; maintain strong communication and organization.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
