J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Corporate Sales Executive to drive product and packaging innovation initiatives from ideation to approval. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage documentation, and influence stakeholders while maintaining strong client and internal relationships.

The role requires MBA plus a marketing/PM background, 5 years in PM/innovation within FMCG/CPG, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifikationen

• MBA and Bachelors in marketing/advertising/communications/project management or related field.
• 5 years PM experience in CPG/FMCG environment.
• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects from concept to business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, updates, retrospectives) and share decisions with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation by consolidating information and materials.
• Develop relationships and promote continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
• Influence cross-functional teams to execute strategies and changes.
• Communicate clearly, write well, and organize activities under pressure.

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9am-6pm | Monday-Friday)
Salary: Php 115,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, making sure important decisions and updates reach all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating all essential information and supporting materials.
• Develop strong relationships and promote a culture of continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
