J-K Netwok Services in Biñan, Laguna is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst to manage supplier invoices and P2P processes in a dayshift, hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos proficient in Mandarin and English.

• Experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in financial software and ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or SAP.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure timely processing, validation, and posting of supplier invoices.
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies while handling inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline invoice processing and improve financial workflows.
