J-K Netwok Services, a global technology firm, is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for its Biñan, Laguna operations. The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency and a strong background in AP, Procure-to-Pay processes, and ERP systems.

The position follows a dayshift schedule with a hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of AP experience, with knowledge of Oracle Cloud or SAP.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay.
• Experience with S2P is a big advantage.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud or SAP ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and post supplier invoices promptly.
• Match invoices to POs and GRs for accuracy.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support process improvements to speed up invoice processing.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay and/or Invoice Management.
• Having experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) business process is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in financial software and ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or SAP.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure the timely processing, validation, and posting of supplier invoices.
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipts (GRs) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies while handling inquiries from complex suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline invoice processing, enhance operational efficiency, and improve financial workflows.
