J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst in Biñan, Laguna. The role operates in a hybrid setup with dayshift hours and a salary range of Php 85,000 to Php 100,000 monthly. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least 3 years in AP/P2P.

The duties cover invoice processing, PO/GR matching, discrepancy resolution, and monthly reconciliations, with opportunities for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily supplier invoices, ensuring timely processing and posting.
• Match invoices to Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and respond to supplier/internal inquiries.
• Review supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in invoicing workflows.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay and/or Invoice Management.
• Having experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) business process is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in financial software and ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or SAP.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure the timely processing, validation, and posting of supplier invoices.
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipts (GRs) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies while handling inquiries from complex suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline invoice processing, enhance operational efficiency, and improve financial workflows.
