J-K Netwok Services in Biñan, Laguna is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for a hybrid work setup. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related field, and at least 3 years in AP/Procure to Pay.

ERP familiarity with Oracle Cloud or SAP is preferred. The position offers a dayshift schedule, competitive salary (Php 85,000–Php100,000 monthly), and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, and a 13th month

Qualifications

• Filipinos or Filipino-Chinese fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay is a plus.
• Familiar with Oracle Cloud or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure timely processing, validation, and posting of supplier invoices.
• Match invoices to Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipts (GRs) for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support continuous improvement of invoice processing and financial workflows.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay and/or Invoice Management.
• Having experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) business process is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in financial software and ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or SAP.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
