Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an ITAM Application Support Operations professional (Mandarin) to assist the IT Asset Manager in long-term strategic management of Globe's IT assets.

The role centers on tracking, processing, and documenting procedures, reclamation, and disposal of IT hardware across the enterprise. You will support day-to-day application operations, monitor health, investigate issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable services and timely releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of application architectures and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of assigned applications and digital services.
• Monitor application health and service performance using approved monitoring tools.
• Perform initial technical investigation and troubleshooting of application issues.
• Coordinate with development teams, vendors, and infrastructure teams to restore services.
• Participate in deployment, release, and change implementation activities.
