Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an IT Operations professional to support IT Asset Management across the enterprise. You will assist the IT Asset Manager with tracking, reclamation, and disposal of hardware, while ensuring documentation is current and processes run smoothly.

You will monitor application health, participate in incident and problem management, and support changes, releases, and automation initiatives. Familiarity with cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and monitoring/logging tools.
• Fresh grads to 1–3 years in IT operations or application support preferred; Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of assigned applications and digital services.
• Monitor application health and performance using approved tools.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate with teams to restore services.
• Participate in major incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Assist in deployment, release, change and post-implementation activities.
• Maintain deployment and operational documentation.
