J-K Netwok Services in Makati City is seeking a Mandarin IT Support Associate to join our IT support team. The role is dayshift with hybrid work setup, and requires Mandarin and English proficiency with a bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in technical support and web-hosting accounts is advantageous.

• Monitor and respond to support tickets within SLA.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
• Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
