Job summary

China Wu Yi Company Ltd. is seeking a Mandarin Chinese–English–Tagalog Translator who fluently navigates all three languages. The role emphasizes accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural sensitivity, with tasks spanning translation, editing and quality checks.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Tagalog in written and spoken form.
• Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible with different content types and audiences.
• Minimum of 5 years of translator experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate written and verbal content between Mandarin, English, and Tagalog.
• Ensure translations are accurate, natural and culturally appropriate.
• Assist with editing, proofreading and quality checks.
• Adapt translations to cultural contexts and target audiences.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other translation and language-related tasks as assigned.
