Job summary

AIMSEN Business Consultancy in Pasay City is seeking a skilled translator to work on-site, translating high-stakes documents between Mandarin Chinese and English. You will ensure accuracy, preserve tone, and support cross-border communications for clients and internal teams.

You will handle business correspondence, contracts, manuals, and reports, provide real-time interpretation when needed, and stay updated on industry terminology.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Mandarin Chinese and fluent English.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Experience in business/technical translation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents between Mandarin Chinese and English while preserving meaning, tone, and context.
• Interpret business correspondence, contracts, manuals, and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and fluent English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in business, corporate, technical, or administrative translation is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple translation tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools is a plus.
