Thallo Talent in Quezon City is seeking a multilingual Customer Support Associate fluent in Mandarin for onsite work. You will handle inbound/outbound communications and assist customers in English and Mandarin, with a focus on O2C-related inquiries.

The role requires strong Mandarin skills, flexibility for shifting/night schedules, and availability ASAP. Training and system access are in English; prior BPO experience is not required, but helpful.

Qualifikationen

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
• Speak fluently and spontaneously in Mandarin.
• Use Mandarin effectively in a professional environment.
• Understand complex conversations, including implied meanings.
• English needed for training and client systems.
• The primary language for customer interaction follows Mandarin as specified.
• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is highly preferred but not required.
• Candidate must be able to work in the Philippines with a valid working VISA.
• Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines and available ASAP.
