Qualifications

• MBA and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• 5 years of PM experience in CPG or FMCG environment.
• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong MSO skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product and packaging innovation projects from concept to approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, updates, retrospectives) and ensure stakeholders are informed.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and supporting materials.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
