Qualifications

• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP or similar software.
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, ensuring stakeholders receive important decisions and updates.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating all essential information and supporting materials.
• Develop relationships and promote continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Provide strong strategic influence to drive cross-functional teams toward execution.
• Demonstrate solid technical and organizational abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Perform well under pressure and adapt in a changing environment.
• Build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence others.
